Wow, Tides and BuryME you should both be given IQ
tests as you must be 2 of the stupidest people to
ever post on internet forums. Sure you are
entitled to your own opinions, but RHCP is one of
THE most succesfull bands ever, and if you fail to
realize that then I feel sorry for you.

Bassist Flea.

Those who dislike this band most not know much
about this band, cause they've been through enough
shiz to fill a ware-house for the least.....but
just to say a few: my fav. songs are "Stadium
Arcadium", "Love Rollercoaster",
"Snow (Hey Oh)", &
"Otherside"

RHCP WERE awesome. They peaked in the 90's with
Blood Sugar Sex Magik and One Hot Minute. However,
after that they have just been playing it safer
and milder. They mustn't be able to keep up the
pace in their old age. Or maybe it's because
they're off the drugs. Even flea is getting mellow
which makes me very sad. Stadium Arcadium made my
ears bleed.

RHCP saved my life. I got into them first in
2002, when I saw the Behind The Music on them and
realized these guys have been through so much and
yet are still emitting positive energy and trying
to better the world, which is more than you can
say for a lot of artists. I saw them in 2003 and
got the chance to speak to Flea and Anthony. They
were really nice and gave me a drumstick from the
show. It was a dream come true. But slowly, I
started to lose my love for them as their
popularity began to grow with Stadium Arcadium.
"Dani California" is the weakest track
on the entire double album. It makes me sick to my
stomach to see these people going around saying
they love and adore RHCP when they know nothing
about them or their music. It made me lose my love
for them. When a band gets popular, they aren't
your band anymore; they're everyone's. They're too
big to fit in your pocket anymore, so to speak.
But their music withstands the test of time and
you can't deny Flea and John's talent.

I've always felt John Frusciante was the most
dedicated musician I've ever seen - he doesn''t
care about anything but music. Its really
incredible to see someone who doesn't care about
the girls, the fame, any of it - he just cares
about getting on that stage and playing guitar.
That's really incredible. He's also supremely
talented and would make Hillel Slovak (original
guitarist and founder) pretty proud.

I dont understand why you even visit this bands
page if you dont like them. the people that
come here for lyrics are people that enjoy this
band. you guys are going out of your way to
make people angry.

My old boss used to work as a band manager and he
met these guys before they got signed. He had a
feeling they were going to be huge one day, but
his boss didn't believe him. Dumbass.

If you don't like the band, then don't visit the
page. You sound like a jackass that has way too
much time on their hands. If all you can do is
sit at home and think about some band you dont
like to the extent that you have to find a page
about them to say that you're not a fan, then you
need a reality check.
I personally love
this band, which would be why I took the time to
comment on them.
