I'm just about to give this band a chance. All I know is, as a long-time Smashing Pumpkins fan, these guys did the best cover of a pumpkins song I've ever heard. This was the first "hardcore" band I ever listened to. "Hardcore" is being used broadly, here, because back then I didn't know the difference. This was also the first "hardcore" band I ever saw live. Opposite of December was a great album, but I like everything after that. Versions is alright, but I would have preferred something that didn't sound so different from their usual sound.
