In Regards To Myself

Vocalist Spencer Chamberlain, in an interview with Alternative Press, had this to to say on the song:
"It's like taking myself out of my situation, like when you see someone and you want to help them so bad, and you don't know how to make them understand it. And that's me doing that to myself. Growing up, I was a lot different than I am now. I wasn't a Christian. I was just another kid hanging out, and there were some things in my life I needed to change."

"Sālmarnir" comes from the Icelandic word for "Psalm." It features the reading of Psalm 50 in Icelandic (could possibly be Romanian instead).

Supposedly, this song is directed toward Christians, telling them to try and find some comfort in a sin-stained world. Some lines that gives evidence to this is "I swear we need to find some comfort in this run-down place".

You're Ever So Inviting

The song supposedly is about man's tendency to lust, hence the name "You're Ever So Inviting", and the video shows lust in the form of ropes which bide the band (showing how lust can tie us up, getting us in a bind), the devil controlling them like a puppet master, until the band destroys him.

It was shot in Sweden the same time they shot the video for their fourth single, "A Moment Suspended in Time."
