New feature coming up in a few days (give or take), so submit your connections.
What are connections? Solo projects, bands splitting up to make new bands, things of that nature. Some examples:
Soundgarden and Rage Against The Machine would connect to Audioslave, since members of both bands form Audioslave. Chris Cornell (the solo listing on this site) would connect to Soundgarden and Audioslave.
Stone Temple Pilots and Guns 'N Roses would connect to Velvet Revolver, same deal as above.
Gwar would connect to X-Cops, Death Piggy, and DBX since they're all projects featuring the same members.
Marilyn Manson would connect to John 5, since John did the guitar work for Manson on one of his albums. Manson would also connect to A Perfect Circle, since Twiggy (ex-Manson bassist) joined APC.
Got it? Good. Now, submit your own connections with the reason why they should be connected. Include member names, band names, dates... whatever it takes to explain the connection. A line or two would suffice, no essay-type explanations are needed.
Few notes:
1. Even if it is obvious, write out the connection. It's much easier to copy and paste than to figure up who played what where. Things that may be obvious to you (especially in emo / hardcore / new metal bands) would be out of my realm of knowledge.
2. Make sure the bands to be connected are already on the site. Can't very well connect bands that aren't there.
3. Make sure the connection isn't already on the site. We're up to 600 connections now, so I may very well have already done your submission prior to you adding it here.
4. Significant connections only, please. Someone guesting on a track or two, or playing a few live shows doesn't really constitute a connection.

At The Drive-In connects to Sparta and the Mars Volta. Members of the genre defying legends At The Drive-In split into two more amazing genre-defying bands, the heavier Sparta and the spacier Mars Volta; both with compelling well-crafted songs.
Scene Kids are people too (but I'm not one, really!)

you could connect pretty much anyone to queens of the stone age...
marilyn manson --> twiggy ramirez --> a perfect circle --> troy van leeuwen --> queens of the stone age
troy alone could be connected to like a dozen different bands.
Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk.
