By hip you mean "Rappers that get the most radio play currently" right? I agree with some of this list, but most of the guys listed will never go anywhere and you will never see another album from them. The problem with rappers is they make one good song about a stupid dance or some stupid shit that repeats itself 40x throughout the song and people listen the fuck out of it causing the artist to consider themselves the greatest thing about rap and spend all of their money on stupid shit like 15 escalades and go bankrupt and get erased from rap history. I'm not bashing you or anything, just putting in my 2 cents. Some of the guys you listed (TI, Luda, Eminem) are truly rap legends. but people like Mims and Rick Ross will never go anywhere.
