I really want to give it a 10, it really is tempting, I just cant, reasons will remain unmentioned. This album however, immense change of pace from The Autumn Effect. After listening to TAE solidly since it came out, stumbling upon this on the internet quite made my day. The acoustic bits are absolute gems to listen to and the early unmastered versions of Wasteland and Through The Iris actually sound better on this LP than TAE(Opinion) The rest of it though, all I can say is wow! Each and every song from Seven to Frailty are absolutely and completely memorable songs. Those songs are somehow completely different in style(though holding similar) to TAE. This LP most certainly has a much heavier sound, even complete with a double bass beat on Seven. Yet at the same time, melodies, harmonies, and technical rhythm's fill out the rest of the sound extrememly well. The haunting vocals of Silhouette Of A Life easily is one of many Hasek's defining moments of the entire album. Listening to this LP has made me realize of just how wide of a scope 10 Years actually has, there has been criticism of TAE sounding the same all the time but Killing All That Holds You shows that 10 Years does in fact have more capability as a complete sound experience than most would have known. Definitely a very, very, very great album worth listening to. Though I hate to say this just cause I hate downloading(I dont download music..) download it, cause I dont think you can buy it, maybe somewhere, but, its gotta be just completely rare. Its just an album that needs to be heard.
