1. The Number Twelve Looks Like You
The new album might be their best yet. I might be jumping ahead of myself, but right now, I feel like this is by far their best effort.

2. Nine Inch Nails
Honestly? I think The Slip might be their best album yet.

3. The Blood Brothers
For those of you who are still wondering what the hell are the guys from The Blood Brothers doing nowadays, I suggest you check out Past Lives, the band formed by Jordan, Morgan and Mark, along with former The Blood Brothers' guitarrist Devin Welch (from the Rumors Laid Waste EP), after the band broke up. They haven't displayed any songs yet, but are scheduled to start recording between February 23rd and 28th, so keep an eye on them!

4. The Blood Brothers
Indeed, this band will surely be missed. I have recently fell in love with their music, specially the "Burn, Piano Island, Burn" era, and knowing they had just called quits struke me for good. Happily, they left us a legacy of extremely well-crafted songs for us to cherish and remember this band's magnificence.
I seriously hope Jordan, Cody and the guys from Head Wound City get together again.

5. Glassjaw
I fucking worship these guys. Anything I could possibly say about how much I love their music would be an understatement.

6. Parkway Drive
I liked "Killing With A Smile" better. It had a mind-blowing hardcore grip, which was kind of absent throughout "Horizons"... Not to mention that their breakdowns, once totally destructive, have lost some of their edge. Nevertheless, "Horizons" was a great album, with some excelent tracks, like "Idols And Anchors", "Boneyards" or "The Siren's Song".

7. The Mars Volta
I'd rephrase that as "people who prefer Frances the Mute are people with A DIFFERENT taste". Always remember that this is a discussion about The Mars Volta, which is really far from "safe music".

8. The Mars Volta
I do think Frances The Mute doesn't even compare to De-loused In The Comatorium, but, even so, it's undoubtly a great album. And, in my honest opinion, Amputechture is in the same level as De-loused, or, perhaps, even better.

9. Lostprophets
Agreed, FFAF sXe. However, I think Liberation Transmission was a BIG let down.

10. Drowning Pool
Personally, I think Ryan McCombs is the perfect singer for Drowning Pool. However, I wish he stayed with Soil... Scars and re.de.fine were great albums, and the new guy could never live up to Ryan.

11. Deftones
I attended a Deftones concert two days ago, and I guarantee: EVERYTHING the guy before me said is pure bullshit.
