the song is about a stor that their friend told them. he was told to go to this girl's house, holly, who was one of the hottest girls in school. turns out, the only reason they told him to go there was to spray him down with a water hose. he had to ride home on his bike, cold and hurt. both easy target and this song are about the kid's story.
