the drain sound at the beginning and end. It

Alright, I want to know what that is there at the
end. It's like some sort of subliminal message,
lol. For anyone who has played Metal Gear Solid 2:
near the end when the colonel starts talking
nonsense and says that whole thing in Japanese?
that's what it sounds like. Someone should really
post up what it's saying to end the mystery for
those of us wanting to know!
