I jumped in the river and what did I see?
Black-eyed angels swam with me
A moon full of stars and astral cars
All the things I used to see
All my lovers were there with me
All my past and futures
And we all went to heaven in a little row boat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt
I jumped into the river
Black-eyed angels swam with me
A moon full of stars and astral cars
And all the things I used to see
All my lovers were there with me
All my past and futures
And we all went to heaven in a little row boat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt

I can remember that this song was my entry point to Radiohead - it was played over and over again on a huge video plane between two sessions on a big German festival I attended in 2001. Thanks to that I'm now a Radiohead fan...

The song is so slow and just puts me in a calm and sound mindset.

This song is utterly gorgeous. Full of complete despair, and perfect chillingness. I love it.

Such beauty. So amazing . the more i listen to this band the better they seme to get. I had only listened to Ok Computer , Hail to the thief and the Bends so far. But I didn't felt like listening to this so much. With a stupid mistake i made. This is incredible

Gah, great song. The rhythmic backbone is genius - two dotted eighth notes and a quarter note, repeat repeat repeat in 4/4. It feels like there is no time signature, and the song just flows like the dream-like lyrics Yorke weaves over it.

radiohead is easily one of the most contributory bands of this generation, this song is a staple of radiohead's feel
