Now it seems to me
That you know just what to say
Words are only words
Can you show me something else
Can you swear to me that you'll always be this way
Show me how you feel
More than ever baby

[Chorus:]
I don't wanna be lonely no more
I don't wanna have to pay for this
I don't want to know the lover at my door
Is just another heartache on my list

I don't wanna be angry no more
You know I could never stand for this
So when you tell me that you love me know for sure
I don't want to be lonely anymore

Now its hard for me with my heart still on the mend
Open up to me, like you do your girlfriends
And you sing to me and it's harmony
Girl, what you do to me is everything
Make me say anything; just to get you back again
Why can we just try

[Chorus:]
I don't wanna be lonely no more
I don't wanna have to pay for this
I don't want to know the lover at my door
Is just another heartache on my list

I don't wanna be angry no more
You know I could never stand for this
So when you tell me that you love me know for sure
I don't want to be lonely anymore

What if I was good to you, what if you were good to me
What if I could hold you till I feel you move inside of me
What if it was paradise, what if we were symphonies
What if I gave all my life to find some way to stand beside you

[Chorus:]
I don't wanna be lonely no more
I don't wanna have to pay for this
I don't want to know the lover at my door
Is just another heartache on my list

I don't wanna be angry no more
You know I could never stand for this
So when you tell me that you love me know for sure
I don't want to be lonely anymore

I don't wanna be lonely anymore [x3]

You have got to be fucking kidding me! THIS IS PURE POP! Go back to Matchbox Twenty Rob you're much better there. You're not Justin Timberlake so WAKE UP! YOU SUCK AT POP!

The beginning kind of sounds like the song he did with Santana. I liked that one and I like this one. Although, I think he did much better with Matchbox 20, he's venturing out to other genres. I give him a lot of credit for trying. Either way, he has a great voice and can make any song sound great.

Of course it's pop. Pop stands for popular. So anything that sounds good could concievably be pop. Granted there's A LOT of backup, especially when compared to M20 stuff. It's very fast, very pop, but still a good listen. It's a nice bold first single.

Excellent song! I love it. I'm a fan of Matchbox 20 but I also think this song is awesome. Great pop, or whatever you want to call it, it doesn't matter. The song is great, keep up the good work. I can't even express in words how awesome this song is so just keep doing what you're doing and you've still got a big fan here.

I find this as shitty as hell. I didn't mind some of matchbox 20's older stuff, but this is just so mainstream, and just to annoying for me.

Cratic, you try too hard not to be mainstream, and look quite silly trying. This song on the other hand...what a catchy tune.
