oh wow... this is the first song that i've heard
by this band and i must say that i've fallen in
love with the lead vocalist... the purity and
elegence of her words, stream from the pioneering
sound... i read at http://www.nin.com
that reznor had a hand in the mixing and
programming of this group, and if i must say so,
you can hear reznor's skill throughout the song...
everyone, be on the look out for the next big
thing (and the possibility of this band touring
with NIN during the With Teeth tour is highly
likely)...

i know that i've already commented once, but i
feel compelled to do so again... i just downloaded
the song yesterday, and have been listening to it
nonstop since... i really would like to get my
hands on this album, but none of the local record
stores carries the cd, so i guess i'm gonna have
to special order it....

Have you ever seen the video? The song is alright,
but what they're doing to this kid is
unbelievable. The chick is only like 13 years old,
and they're dressing her up like Amy Lee meets a
New York hooker!

If anyone would like to buy the cd, my best bet
would go to Ebay. I think I recently saw 2 copies
for sale, for a reasonable price.

actually, i've located the cd through barnes &
noble, sam goody's, and tower records... i went
through barnes & noble - should take about no
longer than a week or so.. can't wait :)

from what i read on a jakalope site, this song and
"feel it" tie in together... there's a story
between the two; "pretty life' being part one and
"feel it" part two... haven't seen the video for
either, but i find myself very curious as to know
what this story is all about...

i don't believe i saw the same video that you did
Cratic... the one that i've viewed shows 3
children and a mother... the mother shows her
affection for two of them, but pushes one away
(and doesn't even notice it)... now, there are a
few shots were it looks as though katie is dressed
as a NY hooker, but as for "playing dress up," it
wasn't in it... in my eyes, the video is moreless
katie's way of showing the viewers this is what
she went though and how she feels about it... very
good video - for those of you that would like to

I ment "They" as in the people who created the
video/ her image. I don't mind the song, but I
just can't believe that they would have the balls
to dress a little kid up like that.

i think those people mean the little girls in the
video, the three that are wearing the same get up
as katie in this video...it's pretty ballsy, yes,
but think of what little kids are wearing these
days. i was in the city the other day and there
was 2 little girls about 9 and 10 years old
wearing less than ive ever worn in my life. but
yeah other than skanky 10 year olds, good video,
good song.
