I believe I can see the future
Cause I repeat the same routine
I think I used to have a purpose
Then again that might have been a dream
I think I used to have a voice
Now I never make a sound
I just do what I've been told
I really don't want them to come around
Oh no

Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same

I can feel their eyes are watching
In case I lose myself again
Sometimes I think I'm happy here (sometimes)
Sometimes yet I still pretend
I can't remember how this got started
But I can tell you exactly how it will end

Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same

I writing on a little piece of paper
I'm Hoping some day you might find
I'll hide it behind something
They won't look behind

I'm still inside her
I little bit comes bleeding through
I wish this could have been any other way
But I just don't know, I don't know, what else I can do

Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain (every day)
Every day is exactly the same (exactly the same) (repeat)

i could be wrong, but i think this song has been around for awhile and just never released - until now... i've seen this listing before at 2 different NIN sites in the past...

like michael stated, "cool piano intro" (and outro - to an extent) - just wish there were more of it throughout the song... nonetheless, the lyrics really stand out in this track and it's because of the words this track is another favorite off of this album...

This song seems very Fragile-esque, pretty good though.

Bill Dance, you should never have bought the album. You don't understand it. It states how nothing gets better.

My favorite on the album. Sort of reminds me of the some of the older Nine Inch Nails songs. Perfect.

I find that this song gets highly boring. After you hear it a couple of times, it turns into a turn off. It's just too repetative.
