Oh my fucking lord. I said Alice in Chains was gay. Well, since then, I've become a fan. I am truly sorry. Green Day's 3 chord songs were simple as dog shit, you can learn to play them in half a minute or less, literally. I did that last night. Nirvana on the other hand, doesn't just crank out white noise on guitar, they layer their songs with interesting tones. The chord progression is beautiful, and interesting.
