Is it still me that makes you sweat?
Am I who you think about in bed?
When the lights are dim and your hands are shaking as you're sliding off your dress?
Then think of what you did
And how I hope to God he was worth it.
When the lights are dim and your heart is racing as you're fingers touch your skin.
I've got more wit, a better kiss, a hotter touch, a better fuck
Than any boy you'll ever meet, sweetie you had me
Girl I was it look past the sweat, a better love deserving of
Exchanging body heat in the passenger seat?
No, no, no you know it will always just be, me

Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster, faster
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close?
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close?

So I guess we're back to us, oh cameraman, swing the focus
In case I lost my train of thought, where was it that we last left off?
(Let's pick up, pick up)

Oh now I do recall, we just were getting to the part
Where the shock sets in, and the stomach acid finds a new way to make you get sick.
I hope you didn't expect that you'd get all of the attention.
Now let's not get selfish
Did you really think I’d let you kill this chorus?

Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster, faster
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close?
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close?

Dance to this beat
Dance to this beat
Dance to this beat

Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster, faster
Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster

So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Dance to this beat
So testosterone boys and harlequin girls
Dance to this beat
And hold a lover close
Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster, faster
Let's get these teen hearts beating. Faster

I think the lyrics are what makes this song. It's very good, but the lyrics are what really carries it.

sharpie- if you have listened to and known panic! as long as I have, they do not sound like fall out boy. And I'm sorry, but there is a space between fall and out, contrary to popular belief.

No...they don't sound like Fall Out Boy. There's nothing to compare between those two bands. Anyway, this is an LMAO song because of the lyrics. The chorus is weird, but it's still funny all the way.

Let's set the record straight. Vocally, yes, Panic! does kind of sound like Fall Out Boy. However, musically, it's no contest, Panic! blows Fall Out Boy out of the water

just like they have a song based on a book this is their movie tribute featuring a quote and the themes from 'Closer' starring Jude Law, Clive Owens, Natalie Portman and Julia Roberts.

Man.. is it me or am I like the only one that dosen't think this song sounds like Fallout Boy.. they have like two completly different sounds.. FOB is more like rockish//popish. Then Panic! sounds a bit more Electornica with still some rock. Plus I like Panic way more.. FOB's new album isn't has good as Take This To Your Grave. And they've become way too over played. so ya.. that's what I think. Oh and, I love this song and the chorus.

no it's definatly not just you, I really don't think they sound anything like FOB, I like both bands but they sound compleatly different and with how over-played FOB is lately I like Panic better

the singer in Panic! is much, much better, vocally, than the guy in fallout boy. and the guy from fallout boy writes shitty lyrics, he doesnt even deserve to be compared to Panic!

hate to be a jerk, but the word you're looking for is "ironic". i also don't see how you can say the singer for p!atd is "much better" than fall out boy, when i can barely tell them apart. also, note that fob's lyrics are written by the bassist, not the singer, as someone else pointed out. i dunno...i like them both. they sound a lot alike but have important stylistic differences. i see no reason to say one is "better" than the other. they're both much better than a lot of shit floating around these days.

sure, they both sound alike but since when does FOB use a synthesizer at all? and wouldnt you expect them to sound alike being on the same label touring together talking about music and just generally sharing points of view with each other?
