"November 1st 2007 6:25 am, something happend that changed my life forever. I nearly lost everything. I nearly destroyed all that I have, all that I have worked for, all that others have worked for. I nearly lost my freedom, I nearly lost my life. From then on I went through what is still, and hopefully ever will be the most horrific, frightening experience of my existence.
That night sat in a dark room, my body wretched as I cried. I was in pieces. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, I couldn't move. I was clutching one of my friends that night he was crying too. He was shouting for his mother. I remember staring out my window. I have never, in my whole life, even considered suicide.
I store at my window. The feeling of actually wanting to end your own life is unreal. I remeber being sick as soon as the thought occurred. I lived with this every day. I tried to be smile, but there was always this darkness. Feeding on the back of my mind. Constantly reminding. But by some miracle. I survived this. It is something I will never forget.
And although I look back in shame. I don't look back in regret. I have been taught a great lesson. I will never take what I have for granted ever again. Next to no one knows this secret I carry. Next to no one probably ever will."

Guns N' Roses vocalist Axl Rose challenged Nirvana vocalist Kurt Cobain to a fight during the 1992 Video Music Awards, after Cobain and his wife, Courtney Love, egged him on. Additionally, in the end of Nirvana's performance on the VMAs of the same year, while Cobain was trashing the band's equipment, drummer Dave Grohl ran to the mic and shouted "Hi, Axl! Where's Axl?" repeatedly.
4. Nirvana - Lithium
In 1992, MTV had requested Nirvana perform their smash hit "Smells Like Teen Spirit," while the band themselves had indicated they preferred to play their new songs, "Rape Me" and "Tourette's&q uot;. This did not go over well with network executives, who continued to push for "Teen Spirit." Finally, offering a compromise, MTV executives offered the band a choice to play either "Teen Spirit" or "Lithium,&quo t; which the band appeared to accept. However, at the actual performance, Nirvana began to play, and Kurt Cobain played the first few chords of the song, "Rape me" much to the horror of MTV execs. The band did finally return to their regular performance of "Lithium.&quo t; Near the end of the song, frustrated that his amp had stopped functioning, bassist Krist Novoselic decided to toss his bass into the air for dramatic effect. Unfortunately, he misjudged the landing, and the bass ended up bouncing off of his forehead, forcing him to stumble off the stage in a daze.
