Demented Guitarist - you have no respect whatsoever for real punk. Simple Plan is not punk. They don't even sound punk. They sound like pop shit. The reason I say you have no respect for real punk is that if you did, you wouldn't even be comparing Simple Plan to the Ramones. Thats just fucking stupid. And "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend" is a good punk song by one of the bands that perfected punk. They didn't create it but they definitely helped to perfect it. Crap music. I used to like them... when I was 14. Since then I've wised up and realized that their music = shit. Srsly. That whiney voice just grates on my nerves nowadays. Not to mention the fact that they couldn't write themselves out of a paper bag. Their music is perfect for emotional little 13-15 year olds who are convinced that the world sucks and everybody hates them (aka kids going through puberty), but everyone else knows they're shit.
