I heard some of the new tracks off of Eat Me,
Drink Me and I must say that I am not disappointed
yet. If I Was Your Vampire made me, for lack of a
better expression, fucking cream myself.

An intelligent, talented man. Rises above
criticism to strike back at disbelievers with
powerful music. A figure of todays (and
yesterdays) generation.

Jimmy Pop said what I had to say all I want to
say is bow down and idolize the true king of
darkness. manson has formed his own generation
shit his own decade. What he writes and the wya he
pieces it together will never be able to be
reinacted. Eat me, Drink me is a summer opener and
from what I've not been seeing is some good cd's
lately The Used has a fairly good one other then
that nothing so far. Read some reviews of this on
Rolling Stone Mag they seem to love it.

Holy Wood was the last Manson album I enjoyed.
He's changed alot since then. But that's just my
opinion. I've been a huge fan since Smells Like
Children came out. Out of all his albums,
Antichrist Superstar had the biggest impact.

FYI He has found his personality on his last
personality. All of his music is done in a
artistic way.

The strangest musical artist in the world. We
all hold mixed feelings on whether he's a genius
or an idiot, a poet or a sham, rock god or phony,
hetero or homosexual, Satanist or wannabe, an
exhibitionist or businessman, liar or truthsayer,
fighter or a coward, mind or joker.
But
that's the disturbing image of Marilyn Manson:
he's an enigma at best, indefinable,
mysterious.
But this much can be said
about him. He's one badass fucking rock n'
roller!

Well... It's Manson. Everybody knows
him, which is, in all realistic likelihood, his
primary goal in the music industry. He's
intelligent, given, but a man to be worshipped,
perhaps not. If you're looking for a reasonably
intelligent out for your angst, then I suppose
this is as good a vent as any, but if you're
looking for great talent, artistry, and innovation
to go with the intellect, I would look to the
impetus of this mess, Mr. Trent Reznor. The man
is a visionary who seems to never fade, and an
outspoken critic of the industry that, though
perhaps not intentionally malicious, does heavily
impinge of the creativity of these artists we so
admire. Now for those looking to actually expand
their mind and with highly intellectual music
that's still hard enough to break bone, there
stands alone, and in it's own class, Tool.
Absolute art, and near perfect, innovative rock
music. Nothing more need really be said. Manson, well, I get the feeling he's losing his
edge.

Manson's "fire" was going out during
Golden age of Grotesque. He's done. He didnt get
his fire back, if anything he smothered it even
more.

Oh, how the mighty has fallen. Once Marilyn
Manson was good, creative, made real rock 'n' roll
hits and was one of my favourites... Now (since
"Eat Me, Drink Me") he is just plain,
boring and crap... Time to quit.

Marilyn Manson has fallen a little bit off his
perch. Especially with that piece of shit
"Eat Me, Drink Me". But I think his new
cd isn't that bad. It's different but every band
evolves and changes their sound. All in all I like
"I have to look up just to see hell",
"Four rusted horses", and "Leave a
scar." I love all of his older cd's too,
except "Eat Me, Drink Me", that garbage
can burn. But he'll always have a fan in me and an
eternal spot in my ipod.

discard my previous comment. my brother was on my
account a while back and fucked shit up. anyways i
listened to Holy Wood and its by far one of the
greatest albums i ever heard over ANY artist!
Manson and the guys are always gaining more and
more fans and i can definatly see why. The man is
a fucking lyrical genious! Haters dont know what
they are talking about.
