Anybody Killa
ABK started as a hypeman for Blaze Ya Dead Homie, but later got signed to Psychopathic Records and released his debut album ''Hatchet Warrior'' in 2003 and became the replacement member of Marz in Dark Lotus. In 2006 ABK left the label only to return a year later.

Blahzay Roze
Blahzay Roze is the first female artist signed to Psychopathic Records. She was revealed to be the labels latest artist during the 'Gathering Of The Juggalos' in 2016 and released her first EP titled ''Broken'' on July 26 the same year. In February 2017 Psychopathic Records announced that they had cut all ties with with Blahzay Roze and that she is off the label.
Blaze Ya Dead Homie
A longtime friend of Twiztid before he was signed to the label releasing his self-titled EP in 2000. Since then Blaze have released several albums on Psychopathic and is also a member of Dark Lotus. In 2013 Blaze left the label with Twiztid.

Golden Goldies
Golden Goldies is a one off comedy project including Psychopathic Records employees and friends. They recorded one album titled "Gimme Them Fuckin' Nuggets Bitch, Or I'll Punch Your Fuckin' Face" in one week in 1995 and preformed for the first and only time at the release party for Insane Clown Posse's ''Riddle Box'' album. The album was not publicly released until The Gathering Of The Juggalos 2017 where it was released in limited copies.

Marz
A Chicago rapper that started his career in music playing guitar in industrial-metal band Ministry. He later started his own rapcore band also called Marz and toured with ICP in 2000-2001. Violent J impressed with Marz rapping invited him to be the sixth and final member of supergroup Dark Lotus. Marz however did fall out with Psychopathic Records and was dumped from the label and Dark Lotus.
Mike E. Clark
The unofficial third member of ICP, Mike E. Clark have produced the majority of ICP albums and also released a mixtape called

A shortlived supergroup featuring ICP, Esham and Lavel. They released one album before some beef between ICP and Lavel/Esham started. Esham later released a second Soopa Villainz album as a free download. To compete with the Soopa Villainz another group called 'Soopa Heroez' featuring Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie and a unkown fourth member was going to record an album. But this never happened.
Twiztid
The two House of Krazees members Jamie Madrox and Monoxide formed Twiztid when they got signed to Psychopathic Records in 1997. Since then they have released several albums on the label. On December 12th 2012 Twiztid left Psychpathic Records.

V Sinizter

A project collaboration between Blaze Ya Dead Homie and The R.O.C., a album was supposed to drop in 2008 but didn't happen. The R.O.C. has since then retired from music so the current status of Zodiac Mprint is 'dead'.
Zug Izland
The first and only rock band to be signed to Psychopathic Records. They released one album under the label (all songs on the album were written by Violent J). They also released a second album under the very short lived sublabel to Psychopathic Records called Axe & Smash Records before parting away with Psychopathic. During the Gathering of the Juggalos 2012 it was announced that Zug Izland first album will see a rerelease and that a new album with the band is coming out on Psychopathic Records.
Ouija
Ouija Macc from hip-hop duo Swag Toof was annonced in September of 2017 as being signed to Psychopathic.
Violent J, Lyte & Ouija
A collaboration between Violent J of ICP and at the time Psychopathic Records latest two artists Lyte and Ouija made for the 'Hallowicked' album ''Bloody Screams Of 17'' released on October 31st 2017.

i like how ICP claims to be all about the underground music scene yet they have dropped several good acts because they didnt sell well. isnt that what underground music is? i like ICP and all but they are such fucking hypocrites.

Well to be fair they still have a business to run. If someone is costing you money why would you keep them around?
